Refund & Return Policy

At Trambolique, we carefully curate vintage, second-hand and collectible pieces, many of which show natural signs of age, patina and wear that form part of their character and history.

Please review all photographs, measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error with the order.

Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.

Vintage Condition

Please note that minor imperfections, craquelure, patina, marks or signs of wear are often inherent to vintage objects and should not be considered defects.

We always aim to photograph and describe items as accurately as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of both the item and packaging, so we can help resolve the issue.
